The heritage-listed boardroom located on the 11th floor of the Manchester Unity Building is recognized as one of the most intact art deco boardrooms in the world. Recently refurbished, the space has retained all of its original character and charm, including the Queensland maple timber wall panelling and ornamental plaster ceiling. A 20 ft x 6 ft (6 m x 1.8 m) Queensland maple and Indian rosewood inlaid boardroom table is topped with a single sheet of Lalique glass imported from Paris and is complemented by 12 original armchairs embossed with the Manchester Unity insignia.
